Hi, I’m Kenny! I’m a father of 3, a Soldier, a Registered Dietitian, a certified personal trainer, and a martial artist. That was a mouthful!
With a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, I've had the privilege of working with diverse clients, ranging from professional athletes to stay-at-home parents, weekend warriors, and the consistently busy tactical athlete. Over this time I have learned what works and what doesn’t. I have refined my practice many times over, and have learned that prioritizing functional fitness that translates to real-world application is the key to long-term success. I specialize in weight loss and working with combat athletes. I love all facets of fitness and my training includes a variety of training modalities but I favor functional fitness, mobility, and appropriate intensity. I aspire to guide individuals toward their goals, ensuring that their training seamlessly integrates with the challenges of everyday life. Let's embark on this transformative journey together!

Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a mother of three beautiful children, a veteran of the United States Army, a Registered Nurse, and a certified personal trainer. I worked as an RN for 10 years and decided it was time for a change. I wanted to start working with people proactively on their nutrition and fitness instead of REACTIVELY in the hospital. Nursing gave me a sense of purpose and it was great to be there when people needed you but I couldn’t help but think I could be doing MORE if I could work with people before they got so sick. Nutrition and fitness were already a personal hobby, so I left my career as a nurse and went all in on sharing what I have personally learned through my own journey of health and fitness.

Our single sessions are great for learning new movement patterns, correcting form, or for anyone looking for that extra boost in a routine they already have. Each session is 75 minutes and includes a warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Single sessions are $50 each.

Our weekly sessions are great for those looking to learn new programming for their own routines, get focused coaching on technique, and accountability for showing up. Weekly sessions include 3 one-on-one training sessions and are 75 minutes in duration and include warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Rates are $45 a session for a total of $135 per week.

Our monthly sessions are perfect for those looking to take their fitness to the next level. With individualized training programs to meet your goals, we meet you where you’re at and elevate your fitness to the next level. Monthly training includes 3 one-on-one sessions per week for 4 weeks. Monthly sessions can NOT be spread out over multiple months. Each session is 75 minutes in duration and includes warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Monthly rates are $30 per session for 12 sessions for a total of $360 for the month.

The 12-week program is our premier program designed to transform your fitness and your body. We guarantee improvements in all aspects of fitness with a total of 36 one-on-one sessions over 12 weeks. We utilize the concept of linear periodization to ensure you’re continually building skills and movement patterns that are focused on improving your strength cardiovascular function, endurance, and of course body composition. Each session is 75 minutes in duration and includes warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Each session is $20 for a total of $720 for the entire 12 weeks — or $240 a month.
**Training sessions cannot be transferred to another individual. No refunds for training. Cancellation and rescheduling requires at least a 24 hour notice; failure to provide 24 hour notice results in forfeiture of the session scheduled and will count as one of the paid sessions.**
