Ludwig Martial Arts is probably the best thing to ever happen to me. Training Bang Muay Thai has completely changed my life. This of course is because of Sensei Ludwig being a legitimate martial artist that embraces the lifestyle and wants to teach and share the way. It really is a place of family and belonging. A reason to be better. To hold yourself to a higher standard. A place of love.
Now, Let Me Tell You About Life.
It’s January 22nd, 2016 and my life is completely different.
In 5 months, everything I once knew vanished and everything I’ve been working towards has suddenly become so bright.

The Light Burns Bright
My dream of helping others better their lives through exercise and food education is so close I can taste it and I'm so close to being out of the hospitality industry I can barely sleep at night. I dread going to bed and having to wake up and knowing that I'll be serving sodas and highly processed foods to people. However, with all of that being said, the struggle, the heart ache, the confusion, and every other obstacle over the last 12 years has all been worth it because it has lead me to this very moment in this exact place and for that, I wouldn't change it for the world.
