"When I first started my 8-week program, Kenny told me that he knew I would crush my goals. He told me if I commit to my work outs and the meal plan, we would see drastic change. Kenny is a good friend of mine, even before his big move to Colorado, so I knew I could trust him. The first thing I learned was how to meal prep. I was already very familiar with what the meals would be since I have followed HIM for several years. Let me assure you, the meals are AMAZING!! Back to the meal prep. There are countless times that if I didn't have my meals prepared, I would have caved and ate whatever I could get my hands on. Preparation is the biggest key I took from this. Kenny taught me this. He stressed this from the beginning and gave me several tips on how to be successful here. I rapidly started to lose several pounds through the first week or two, then it would stop for a few days and I would feel like I hit a wall, Kenny always reassured me that we would break it and continue to drop. He was right. Just when I'd start to lose hope on the next pound, 2 would fall off and stay off! Right in the middle of the meal plan, I went through a big move from Ocala to Plant City and immediately had to start traveling a 4 hour round trip to work and this caused a ton of stress. Additionally, we went to a smaller kitchen and the meal prep became much harder. This did put a damper on my progress and ultimately me achieving my weight goal, but I do know without Kenny's consistent motivation and my best efforts and sticking to the plan, I wouldn't have come even close to my ultimate goal of 170 lbs. I started my weight loss journey in January, starting off the weight loss with The Dolce Diet Three Weeks to Shredded. My starting weight in January was 201 pounds, an all-time high for me. At the end of 3w2s I was 188 lbs. I then went back to some old bad habits and went back to 191. This is where I told Kenny I needed his help. Kenny was always there for me and was quick to offer his immediate help. He set me up with the 8-week meal plan and paved the path for me. After 2 months of planned meals and workouts, and with the last three weeks being extremely difficult to get through and missing several exercise sessions, I managed to finish just over 4lbs away from my goal!!!! If you asked me in January if I thought I'd be 174lbs by May, I would have told you probably not, but this opened my eyes to what true commitment will get you and that even if times are tough, you can make progress towards your goals with proper support and preparation. Thank you Kenny for putting up with my crap for the past two months! Your constant support, selflessness, and friendship played a huge part in my life over the past few months!"
