Brook - 14 pounds lost!

"After having my second baby, I struggled for 6 months trying to lose my baby weight. I didn't want to do an extreme diet since I am exclusively breastfeeding and didn't want my milk supply to suffer. My husband had a personalized meal plan done for him with Kenny, so I decided to eat the same meals for the 8 weeks just to see if it would help me too. During these past 8 weeks, I followed the plan about 90% and lost 13.2 lbs! My working out was very limited to a little walking and some simple baby wearing workouts a couple times a week, so the meal plan was the main reason I lost so much weight. Kenny even helped me figure out that I seem to have a gluten intolerance causing me to stay bloated throughout the day. I feel so much better after cutting out gluten and following this meal plan for two months. I still have some work to do to tone up, but this was a great way to get started with my fitness and health goals. I never thought I would love meal planning as much I do after we figured it out with Kenny's help!  He definitely went above and beyond to help my husband and I. It's definitely been a lifesaver with taking care of two kids, moving, and going back to work.

I also have to add that I am finally under my pre-pregnancy weight and my milk supply is even better than before I started!!"
