Katie Yoakam - 13lbs lost!

I can't recommend this program enough! Kenny is so supportive and motivational and really helps keep you on track with your goals by checking in and offering resources. Knowing what to eat and when takes the guess work out of how to be healthy and nourish your body. This is especially important since I am in nursing school full time, I don't have a lot of free time to be worrying about cooking or having to prepare meals when I am tired. The food tastes amazing and the recipes are all simple to prepare. Now that the 8 weeks are up, I have built new habits that will allow me to continue to be healthy and I now know how to make healthy food choices. Another thing I really like about the plan is that my family can eat the food too and it was awesome not having to prepare separate meals. This is great because I also have two kids, a 5 year old who can be a picky eater and a 6 month old who I am breastfeeding. The 5 year old loves all of the food and tells me how strong he feels! Although I had concerns about my milk supply decreasing while on a new diet program, I am happy to say there has been no decrease! My milk supply has stayed plentiful which is evident by my chunky baby girl.
One other plus to the program is that I have lost 13 pounds! I have more energy and just feel better. I'm so glad that I did this program and would recommend it to anyone!!!
